Data Cleansing

With database information being at a premium why not clean up your existing data rather than purchase a new database. Depending on what level you require we can data cleanse information from simple layout changes to the more challenging database updating incorporating checking address through Royal Mail.

Data Conversion

We are often asked to convert data files for our clients. From csv to XML or XML to an access database we can convert the file to whatever is more convenient to you. This combined with Data Cleansing can prove to be a popular way to create a new improved database for tarketing your mailings.

Data Manipulation Mailmerge

On occasion the mail merge needs to be more complicated to cater for specific contracts or customers. We are able to write bespoke software solutions to cater for any eventuality and even include online access to files if required.

Manipulating data before a mail merge is becoming more and more popular especially in regards to sending out contract letters with different permutations required on the letter. We also have the facility to print to colour printers removing the need for letterheadings allowing individual contracts to be printed onto individual styled letterheads.

This technology is new and has been developed by CCG Limited over the past 6 months.

Data Collection

Many of our clients have a need for not only cleansing but data checking databases, this is a service we provide whereby we contact records in databases to rectify any mistakes. This can also be achieved via Mailsorted (ie 7 day delivery) Reply Postcards giving the cheapest possible postage and an easy way for your customers to fill in (and/or correct) a pre-printed postcard and to send it back in the post.
